Compassionate Pathways Home Care was founded after my own health journey showed me just how powerful compassionate, respectful in-home support can be. Inspired by my father’s legacy as a U.S. veteran—and grounded in 15+ years of human services experience—I created Compassionate Pathways to be a trusted guide for individuals and families navigating care decisions.
Today, we provide non-medical homemaker, companionship, respite and personal care services across Virginia’s Northern, Central, and Piedmont Regions. Our caregivers are passionate about the work because they understand that helping someone stay at home isn’t just a service—it’s dignity, independence, and peace of mind.
